Job Summary
We’re looking for a dedicated Line Cook with a passion for food and a solid understanding of kitchen operations, meal prep, and food safety. You’ll help deliver high-quality dishes that meet our fine dining standards while keeping kitchen workflow smooth and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to chef-set recipes and standards
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menu offerings
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following food safety guidelines
- Safely operate kitchen equipment, including knives and ovens
- Work with the team to ensure timely service
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering
- Help train new kitchen staff on best practices
Skills
- Strong culinary experience in meal prep and fine dining
- Solid food safety knowledge
- Comfort using kitchen tools like grills, fryers, and knives
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Explain beverage options; wine knowledge is a plus
- Serve wine, champagne, highballs, and cocktails
- Take drink orders accurately and deliver promptly
- Serve drinks with proper presentation and etiquette
- Keep the beverage service area clean and organized
- Work with kitchen staff and other servers during events
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests
- Address any concerns quickly and professionally
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred

Job Summary
This role is responsible for keeping the dining room running smoothly and providing great service to our guests. You’ll assist with food delivery, table resets, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Garnish and deliver plates from the chef’s expediter station
- Serve trays of prepared dishes to the dining room
- Reset tables quickly and thoroughly
- Refill water, coffee, and tea as needed
- Set up bus stations for each shift
- Fold napkins, stock linens, and polish silverware
- Learn table numbers and dining room layout
- Assist in banquet setups and clearing tables
- Help with outdoor service stations
- Get to know guests by name whenever possible
Educational Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred, or working toward it
Working Conditions
